Who we are

This website is operated by Standard VA, LLC ("Standard VA", "we", "us"), which provides managed outbound calling virtual assistants to businesses in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you book a call through our scheduling calendar: your name, email address, any answers you add to the booking, and the industry you selected on this site.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth, approximate device and browser details, IP address, and advertising campaign parameters (such as utm values and the Meta click identifier) included in the link you used to reach us.

If you have a client portal account: your name, email address and role, and the records the service produces, such as call scripts, schedules, attendance and time records, call quality reviews, reports, requests and invoices.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This website and our services are intended for businesses.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party cookies to remember which advertisement brought you to the site (sva_attr) for up to 30 days, and to keep a session identifier for the current visit. The client portal uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which set or read cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, to measure and improve our advertising. When you book a call, your email address is sent to Meta only in hashed (SHA-256) form.

With these advertising events we also send Meta your IP address and browser user agent. These are sent unhashed, as Meta requires, to measure page visits and bookings. The Meta Pixel and advertising cookies run only on our public marketing pages, never inside the client portal.

How we use information

To contact you about your inquiry and schedule calls; to provide, manage and improve our services for clients; to understand which industries and campaigns lead to conversations; to measure and improve our advertising; and to protect the site and portal against spam, fraud and abuse.

Who we share information with

Service providers that help us operate: our database and hosting providers, our scheduling provider (Calendly), Meta for advertising measurement, and our internal customer relationship management system. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.

When you use the booking calendar, the industry you selected and the advertising campaign parameters from your visit are shared with our scheduling provider, so it can record your booking with them.

Our team, including managed callers and staff located outside the United States (such as in Egypt), may access information as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws treat using advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out as described below.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, and client portal information for the length of the client relationship and as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymize it.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and role-based permissions to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of the use of your information for advertising, by emailing support@standardva.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also limit advertising measurement through your browser's cookie settings and Meta's ad preferences.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
