About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the Standard VA client portal, operated by Standard VA, LLC ("Standard VA", "we", "us"). By using the website or portal you agree to them. Our calling services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Our services

Standard VA provides managed outbound calling virtual assistants to businesses. Information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. The scope, pricing, schedule and other details of any engagement are set in the client agreement.

No guarantee of results

Standard VA manages caller performance and outbound execution. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, deals, or revenue because the result depends on your data, offer, script, market, and follow-up process.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide and own their script, data, CRM, and offer (and their own dialer if they choose to use one), and are responsible for ensuring their lists, scripts, and outreach comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, do-not-call rules, and state telemarketing and consent laws.

In regulated industries, callers book conversations with the client's licensed staff and do not give regulated advice.

Pricing

Published rates are hourly per managed caller and exclude client-provided tools unless Standard VA decides otherwise. Final pricing is set in the client agreement, and published rates may change without notice.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through our scheduling provider. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either side to enter into an agreement.

Client portal accounts

Portal accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or end access to the portal if these terms or the client agreement are breached, or when the engagement ends.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or portal: do not interfere with their operation, attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, submit false information, or use them for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The website, portal, and their content, design and branding belong to Standard VA or its licensors. Clients keep ownership of the scripts, data and other materials they provide.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and portal are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Standard VA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or portal. Liability relating to our services is governed by the client agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website or portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
